No. King George III had soldiers ready for war even though it wasnt war time.

Honestly I think he did, he gave them a set of laws to follow and if they didn't they would have to pay for breaking the rules. Like a law now days.

Yes he did he gave them rules to follow and if you didn't you'd be punished so they just had to follow the rules and they were fine
